At CHRACHR, we strive to provide high-quality refurbished and pre-owned laptops. All our laptops are thoroughly tested and quality checked before delivery. However, if you face any issue, we offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy as per the terms below.

7-Day Replacement Policy

We provide a 7 days replacement from the date of delivery if:

  • The laptop is dead on arrival
  • There is a hardware issue that was not disclosed at the time of purchase
  • The product delivered is different from what was ordered

🔹 Replacement will be provided with the same or similar model (subject to availability).

What Is NOT Covered Under Replacement

Replacement will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Physical damage after delivery
  • Liquid or water damage
  • Software issues, virus, or OS corruption
  • Battery backup issues (battery is a consumable item)
  • Accidental damage or mishandling
  • Issues reported after 7 days of delivery

Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Order ID
  • Issue description
  • Images / video of the problem

2. Our team will verify the issue

3. Replacement laptop will be dispatched after verification

Pickup & Shipping

  • Free pickup will be provided in eligible locations
  • Replacement processing time: 5–7 working days
  • Shipping time may vary based on location

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds
  • Only replacement is applicable as per this policy

All laptops sold on our platform are refurbished / pre-owned and may show minor signs of usage. This does not affect performance and is not considered a defect.
