At CHRACHR, we strive to provide high-quality refurbished and pre-owned laptops. All our laptops are thoroughly tested and quality checked before delivery. However, if you face any issue, we offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy as per the terms below.
7-Day Replacement Policy
We provide a 7 days replacement from the date of delivery if:
- The laptop is dead on arrival
- There is a hardware issue that was not disclosed at the time of purchase
- The product delivered is different from what was ordered
🔹 Replacement will be provided with the same or similar model (subject to availability).
What Is NOT Covered Under Replacement
Replacement will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Physical damage after delivery
- Liquid or water damage
- Software issues, virus, or OS corruption
- Battery backup issues (battery is a consumable item)
- Accidental damage or mishandling
- Issues reported after 7 days of delivery
Replacement Process
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Pickup & Shipping
- Free pickup will be provided in eligible locations
- Replacement processing time: 5–7 working days
- Shipping time may vary based on location
Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds
- Only replacement is applicable as per this policy
